The experience will begin with a deep listening exercise & a progressive muscle relaxation flowing into some of my own ambient soundscapes that grow and evolve through time and space. I will be joined by a very special guest, Heather Harper, who will be harmonizing with me for some vocal ambiance to bring some human voices to the mix. 

Bring a yoga mat or cozy blanket and come relax into the sound. 

Show up however you’re feeling, come and go as you please.

I’ll have pre and post slips for you to fill out so that I  can get your input on the session before and after we’re done.
